I think it takes time to build a business - a way longer time than most people expect. My side hustle - a biz newsletter - took us more time than we expected. Almost two years in, we just breached 5k subscribers. At this run rate, it probably isn't sustainable but yeah, just sharing my two cents!

The pros of running a content-based or SaaS business is the overhead costs are low, which gives you a longer runway (not sure what costs you have for your business newsletter).

It's definitely been way easier to operate and keep our Shopify apps running compared to Hot Pot Club!

True.

The comes with multiple leverages that physical businesses can't have. The having to deal with logistics, especially importation alone is mind blowing.

The only cost - my time and my sleep. Definitely, the challenge of running a physical business is different. All good - you know your market fit now (there is demand for the product). I suppose the next challenge is really how to scale it.
